With Miele steam combination ovens even the most demanding wishes can be individually fulfilled – firm or tender.

Thanks to Miele’s MultiSteam technology, external steam generation ensures perfect results. Eight steam inlet ports enable fast steam generation and distribution, short heat-up times and more uniform cooking results.

Steam Oven with pressure

Ideal temperatures for those in a hurry – Just like on the cooktop, you can cook under pressure at temperatures above 100°C. For this purpose Miele offers the steam oven with pressure with PowerSteam.

The temperature range of 101°C to 120°C is ideal for rapid cooking of vegetables, meats and pulses that are not sensitive to heat. You can save up to 50% of time in comparison with steam cooking without pressure.
