Meat becomes tender and succulent and acquires an appetising browned crust, bread and rolls taste as if fresh from the bakery. The bursts of steam in Moisture plus mode can be programmed for greater convenience. Moisture plus is also used in various automatic programmes.

Warming Drawers

For crockery and food – Miele Gourmet warming drawers offer four operating modes: cup warming, plate warming, keep food warm, and low temperature cooking. So you can easily use the warming drawer to suit your individual requirements.

Exclusive to Miele  The perfect programme for all types of meat – Low temperature cooking is a professional method for cooking meat so that it remains tender, aromatic and succulent. Meat retains its aroma and nutrients to a great extent. The meat can be sliced straight after cooking. There is no need to rest the meat after cooking as the meat juices are evenly distributed.

 

Vacuum Drawers

Ideal conditions for longer storage life – Air, including oxygen, is extracted from the vacuum-sealing bag in the Miele vacuum-sealing drawer. This process allows for longer storage of food and also the perfect preparation for sous-vide cooking in the steam oven.

Safety is a priority – Various types of plastic bags in various sizes are supplied with the drawer. They are food-safe, heat-resistant, boil-proof and tear-resistant and contain no plasticisers. Food is safely stored. Flavour transfer is prevented. More vacuum-sealing bags are available as optional extras from the Miele shop.
